If you haven't received your account confirmation e-mail the two most likely reasons are either that your e-mail client has put the e-mail in your Spam folder, or that you gave us the wrong e-mail address during the process of signing up. Take the following steps to resolve the problem:
1) Check your Spam folder for an email with the subject 'Confirm E-mail' sent from email@example.com.
2) If the e-mail isn't in your Spam folder, check out to find whether you have entered the wrong e-mail address. Try to create a new account with an e-mail address you believe you used before. If the system lets you create a new account, that means you have previously entered the wrong e-mail address and this time you should get an activation e-mail for your new account.
3) If the system informs you that an account under this e-mail already exists, but you still haven't received an activation e-mail, please try waiting for a while before checking your mail again. Sometimes it takes a few hours for an activation e-mail to arrive.
If the activation email hasn't arrived within two hours, please contact Customer Support.
